The Yamaha FGC-TA: The Details Decide

Using the built-in effects of the FGC-TA in combination with an amp is no problem thanks to the AA-battery-powered System 70 preamp. The battery compartment has been neatly hidden below the lower strap button, which is the same place where you'll find the audio output of the SRT Piezo pickup. Also, Yamaha have opted for a solid spruce soundboard, a mahogany body and a nato neck finished with a rosewood fretboard to ensure a rich foundation sound that's tweakable via three side-fitted volume and effects controls.
